A little about me
Having always had an interest in working with and supporting others, I trained and qualified as a teacher before deciding to take on further study in 2003. I undertook professional counselling training after developing an interest in wellbeing and empowerment and later spent time working in the voluntary sector. I now focus on private practice and have gained qualifications in holistic therapies, including holistic massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy. I wanted to pursue a career as a holistic therapist because I understand and recognise the importance of bodywork for an individual as a whole entity.
